Cold War Ak47 - With the start of Season 1 in Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific, the Vanguard type was the most popular type of weapon. These are the newest guns on the block, and players are increasingly using them for Modern War and Cold War loads. However, there are still a few weapons from the past that are at the top of the finish line in Season 1. For example, the Cold War-era AK-47 and its heavy reload are still active in the Pacific War Zone as the game enters 2022.
For almost a year now, the Cold War-era AK-47 has been one of the best assault rifles in the War Zone. His combination of speed and power is unparalleled in Battle Royale, and players have taken full advantage of these qualities. While rifles like the Cooper Carbine may have more attachments, the Cold War era AK-47 can still crush enemies with its heavy weight.
Cold War Ak47
The recommended equipment for the Cold War AK-47 has changed little since it was first introduced to the War Zone. Veterans of the game will know how to reload instantly as they use the Cold War meta-attached assault rifle.
The Best Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Ak 47 Setup And Loadout
The Cold War Ak-47 has increased damage range, projectile speed, recoil control, and magazine capacity with this reload. The GRU Suppressor is designed to increase damage output and recoil control as well as keep players off the radar while firing. The Spetsnaz RPK's 20-inch barrel does the same thing, but also adds some bullet velocity.
Finally, the Spetsnaz Grip gives you more control, making the Ak-47 a beast at longer ranges. This is also helped by the launch of the Axial Arms 3x scope, which is the best optic for AR in Warzone.

The Best Ak47 Loadout In Cod: Black Ops Cold War
TTK = Time to Kill BTK = Bullets to Kill AR = Assault Rifle LMG = Light Machine Gun SMG = Submachine Gun ADS: Aim down to see Speed Sprint out: Sprint to Fire Speed Black Ops Cold AK 47 Weapon Guide:
The AK47's recoil is problematic. The pattern goes up and to the left, but then changes direction to the top right. It is possible, indeed. But this can be a problem if the battlefield is higher than 45m.
Note: while the damage falloff is small, the TTK is much slower than the active cannon.
The AK47 in the Cold War is very different from that of modern warfare. In MW TTK, the AK47 never changed beyond its functionality, which made it great in mid-range combat. However, in BOCW, his TTK is much slower than standard. Not only that, but the disadvantage of the TTK is that it has a shorter muzzle velocity and a slower muzzle velocity. These features make it easier for other guns to outperform the AK47 in medium to long range engagements. The maximum combat distance of the AK47 is between 25m and 40m. SMGs can defeat it below 20m, while other guns start to gain an advantage once you exceed 40m. SMGs are a better option if you have to deal with them. When you have, you have to play, and LMGs are great for camping. But keep in mind that the AR weapon class in BOCW is the most used. With the right amount of game, experience and extras, it can be a really good choice.

Range + 100% (38.1 m -> 76.2 m) * Silenced, + 85% (38.1 m -> 70.49 m) Speed + 40% * Silenced, + 25% Reload speed + 35 % Starting Ammo + 33% ADS + 19% Overrun + 20% Hifire Accuracy - 15%
Since in normal multiplayer most maps are not that big, VDV Confirmed offers a lot of quality bonuses. If the recoil is difficult for you to control, you can replace the silencer/optics with a front grip.

Black Ops Cold War: Best Ak 47 Class
This building is for mixed handheld and dirty bomb modes where long fights are more common. Even increasing the number of WDW-certified guns may not be enough.
Instead, I recommend increasing the muzzle velocity. BTK is obviously outside the active range. However, if the attack distance is to go past that point, it would be better to increase speed so you can hit them without missing too many shots.
I also looked at some of the key stats for long-range engagements, such as knockback control and flinch resistance.

The Ak 47: The Most Reliable Killing Machine In Modern History
Effective damage range + 100% (38.1 m -> 76.2 m) Projectile speed + 40% 30 rounds in the magazine -> 40 rounds in the magazine Starting ammo + 33% Vertical recoil control + 10% Horizontal recoil control + 20% ADS + 10% Resist Flinch + 90% Show Distance + 40% Coastline + 5% Aim Movement Speed + 20% Shooting Speed - 36% Reload Speed - 10% Sprint Speed - 4% Hifire Accuracy - 30%
Stealth + 100% Vertical Knockback Control + 7% Effective Damage Range - 25% Projectile Speed - 30%
The extra vertical recoil is nice, but this feature makes the AK47's weakness even more of an issue.
Let's say you can now have a working range of up to 95m. Sounds good until you consider gun speed. You'll see your bullet travel in slow motion to where your target stood six years ago when you pulled the trigger. This part does not fit into the AK47 mounting slot.
Black Ops Cold War: No Recoil Ak47 Attachments
Damage + 11% (38 -> 42) Active Damage Range + 50% Projectile Speed + 50% Starting Ammo - 33% Vertical Knockback Control - 20% Horizontal Knockback Control - 15%
The extra 11% damage doesn't really change BTK or TTK at all. The effectiveness of the gun is increased by the technology, however, you will need to get at least two heads to feel the difference.
Since the AK47 already has high damage by default and suffers from other issues - range, projectile speed, recoil - there are better things to use than this.
In my opinion, the AK47 is simply the best AR. Even in combination with other types of weapons, it performs well. I'd say at least A-tier. In Modern Warfare, it can kill things quickly (but what can't? Ttk MW is crazy) and it was even more good than practical. However, due to its difficult recoil control, it was difficult to use and did not perform well against close-range guns. In Cold War, on the other hand, I personally find it weak when it comes to killing things quickly. But the return is better and the risk of using weapons is lower. So less risk vs reward and more consistency. I'm curious to see how they'll handle these changes in Warzone as weapons aren't the same between MW and BOCW.
